Unite Hair Pro Site & Backbar Rewards Program
The project involved revitalizing UNITE Hair's Professional B2B storefront and expanding the BackBar Rewards Program. The focus was on enhancing the brand's identity by ensuring a cohesive design across both B2C and B2B Shopify Plus storefronts. This included duplicating the Direct-to-Consumer theme into a new Pro theme to maintain a unified online presence. The initiative also featured the integration of a custom rewards program Backbar , which was implemented using Klaviyo to manage discount codes and streamline customer communications through tailored email and SMS marketing strategies. This strategic upgrade was aimed at improving user experience and fostering scalable business growth for Unites B2B consumers.
